Westcoast Ltd Announced as Headline Sponsor of TechMAX27
TechMAX27 is proud to announce Westcoast Ltd as its Headline Sponsor for the event on Friday 2 July 2027 at MAGNA Science Adventure Centre, between Sheffield and Rotherham.
The partnership builds on a relationship with Tech For Techs that began under the Spire Technology name. Having supported TechMAX from its early days, the business will now take a leading role in supporting the event’s next chapter as Westcoast.
TechMAX brings independent retailers, repair specialists, system builders, MSPs and IT businesses together with the brands and distributors they work with. Westcoast’s involvement gives visitors an opportunity to meet the team face to face, discuss its PC components offering and hear more about the developments planned for its reseller partners.

A Message from Westcoast
Westcoast Ltd has a long-standing presence in the UK technology industry, strengthened by the merger with Spire Technology Ltd at the beginning of 2026. Spire brought more than three decades of specialist expertise in PC components, hardware and peripherals, along with strong relationships across the reseller and vendor community. This heritage now forms an important part of Westcoast’s expanded PC components offering.
Through its time as Spire Technology, the business has also been a long-standing supporter of Tech For Techs and its TechMAX event, helping bring together resellers, system builders, vendors and technology professionals from across the industry. Spire’s contribution was recognised with the Best Distributor award at TechMAX in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

New for TechMAX27
A new food hatch in the main exhibition area will make it easier to buy refreshments without heading away from the exhibition.
The evening Tech Awards will feature 25 categories, up from 21, with new Media & Influencer recognition alongside awards for technology businesses, vendors and distributors.
We are also upgrading the awards ceremony with new stage production, large screens, improved lighting and audio, and video presentations.
The evening entertainment will be bigger too, with a larger entertainment area and more activities to enjoy. Plans include a Wheel of Fortune, blackjack, roulette and a dice table, alongside music, prize draws and more opportunities to relax and socialise.
With new exhibitors and further announcements still to come, there will be plenty to look forward to.
