Tech Awards 2027
The Tech For Techs Awards celebrate the people, businesses, vendors and distributors helping to move the UK technology industry forward.
These awards are not about who has the biggest marketing budget or the flashiest stand. They are about recognising real work, real service and the people making a genuine difference across the tech trade.
From independent computer shops and repair businesses to industry experts, suppliers and distributors, the awards give the Tech For Techs community the chance to nominate and vote for those they believe deserve recognition.
The winners are announced during the TechMAX evening, held after the TechMAX day event. It is a chance for the industry to come together, celebrate success, enjoy the evening and recognise the people who often work behind the scenes to keep the UK tech trade moving.

Tech For Techs Awards Rounds and Rules
Round 1: Nominations (4th January - 1st February)
Nominations may be submitted by anyone.
You may nominate yourself, another person or a business you believe deserves recognition.
You may nominate more than one person or business in each category. However, you will need to restart the nomination form for each submission.
Please provide accurate names, business details and website addresses. Invalid nominations or nominations involving a conflict may be disqualified.
All valid nominations move to round two.
Round 2: Voting for the Top Five Finalists (15th February - 15th March)
Voting during this round will decide the five finalists in each award category.
For awards within the Tech Category, such as Best Shop Front and Community Expert, voting is only open to members of the Tech For Techs Facebook Group.
Awards within the Vendor and Distributor Categories may be voted for by anyone.
Round 3: Voting for the Winners (29th March - 17th May)
The final vote will decide the winner of each award.
Voting across the Tech, Vendor and Distributor Categories is only open to members of the Tech For Techs Facebook Group.
To win an award within the Tech Category, the nominee must be a member of the Tech For Techs community.
Winners Announced on the 2nd of July 2027 at TechMAX evening Event.
Voting Rules

Only one vote per person, per category, is allowed during each voting phase.

Suspicious voting activity will be investigated. This includes the use of VPNs, votes submitted from outside the UK and multiple votes from the same computer or IP address. Any votes considered invalid will be removed.

Any attempt to manipulate the results may lead to votes being cancelled or the nominee being disqualified.
Collecting Your Award

If you are nominated but cannot attend the evening awards ceremony, please arrange for someone attending the event to collect the award on your behalf.

Awards collected by others: The responsibility for the safety of your award lies with them until it is received by you. We will not be responsible for awards after they have left our hands.

If nobody is available to collect your award, a £25 postage and packaging fee will apply.

Winners will receive one award. Additional copies may be ordered by emailing info@tftmax.com.

Once an award has been collected, responsibility for its care passes to the recipient. Any award damaged after collection will need to be replaced at the recipient’s expense.
